Eminem

The next artist that I am going to talk about has been dominating the Rap industry for many years now. Marshall Bruce Mathers III was born October 17, 1972 in St. Joseph, Missouri. Marshall Mather better known by his stage name of Eminem grew up in a rough childhood. Eminems father abonded him and his mother when he was an infant. Eminems mother could never keep a job for more than several months at a time so they would move different places.  As a result of constantly moving Eminem had to change school 2 to 3 times a year. Eminem had no friends and often kept to himself.  However, he finally found someone that he could talk to and that was his uncle. His uncle introduced him to rap music. However as their friendship grew he had to move to Michigan. Marshall was constantly Bullied which lead to him being in a coma for 5 days. Marshall had to stay out of school for a year which eventually lead Eminem back to music. While living in Detroit Eminem found a new friend Proof a fellow rapper.  Proof took Eminem to talent shows which lead to Eminem’s career. Eminem went to underground contest which took off. Eminem relationship with his mother grew worse but Eminem meet his future wife Kim. Kim was there for him while his mother wasn’t. Eminem music career and story has become very popular throughout the years. Eminem has been in countless groups and had to fight for his music career.  Some popular songs are When I’m gone, Mockingbird, Not Afraid, Space Bound and Lighters. After reading about Eminem’s life story and struggles it gave me inspiration in everything I do.
